How to Use Red-Light Right: Therapy for Healing and Pain Relief

Red-light therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and pain relief—but only when it’s used the right way.

They don’t. Large, powerful panels and smaller targeted devices are designed for very different uses. Understanding that difference is the key to getting results.


Red Light Works Best as a Signal, Not a Blast

Your body responds to red and near-infrared light because these wavelengths act as biological signals. It tells cells to increase energy production, improve circulation, and calm inflammation. But like exercise or stress, that signal has a sweet spot.


Too little does nothing. Too much can actually slow healing.
